Responsibilities

Gain foundational knowledge of qualification principles, practices, and basic tools used in equipment/system, facilities, and utilities qualification
Collaborate across multiple functions in a fast paced environment to achieve mutual goals
Develop strong foundational engineering and technical writing skills to operate in a regulated environment

Required

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student)
Must have attained a Bachelor's Degree (not currently enrolled in a graduate program)
Must be pursuing a Master's Degree (enrolled student)
Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or any science/engineering related discipline
Understanding of basic systems engineering techniques and principles
Ability to follow detailed directions and learn from limited supervision
Maintains Right to Operate by keeping an interest in increasing quality and promoting a 'Quality First Time' mindset
Makes decisions based on facts and leverage insights derived from thorough analysis to minimize risk

Preferred

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Complements our culture and the standards that guide our daily behavior & decisions: Integrity, Courage, and Passion
Experience with medical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology topics is a plus
Strong willingness to learn and proactively seeks guidance from senior team members
