The Head of Structured Finance will lead project finance initiatives, design and execute financing strategies, and build a high-performing team to support the company's expansion efforts.

Responsibilities

Design and structure complex project finance deals for Carbon Bridge deployments, RNG production, and fuel sales initiatives in NYC and beyond

Execute financing transactions with external partners, including PE/VC funds, banks, and alternative lenders, ensuring optimal terms and alignment with company goals

Build and lead a high-performing structured finance team from scratch, serving as a hands-on player-coach to mentor and grow the division

Identify and cultivate funding opportunities to support manufacturing, deployment, and scaling of our technology nationwide and internationally

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to mitigate risks, optimize capital structures, and drive project success

Leverage our existing network of lenders and investors while expanding relationships to fuel growth

Monitor market trends in sustainable finance, renewable energy, and low-carbon fuels

Report directly to the CEO on financing progress, risks, and opportunities
