Responsibilities

Draft coverage opinions, RORs, disclaimers, and bad faith defenses for property, casualty, and specialty lines

Conduct early evaluations, depositions, and dispositive motions in state/federal courts

Advise on reinsurance arbitrations, subrogation recoveries, and regulatory compliance

Collaborate on multi-state teams for catastrophic losses and complex commercial disputes

Support partners in client development and strategic resolution decisions

Represent clients in federal/state courtrooms and arbitrations, including arguing motions, evidentiary hearings, and jury trials when cases proceed to verdict
