Responsibilities

Will be representing clients in all aspects of real estate from acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate and real estate finance

Will be advising on all aspects of real estate purchases from letters of intent through closing and post-closing

Handle all documentation associated with real estate transactions including those related to acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, loans, development, asset management, and leasing

Maintain up-to-date knowledge in commercial real estate, title searches, corporate transactions, and transactional law to ensure all work is compliant with current laws and regulations

Required

In-depth knowledge of and experience in sophisticated real estate transactions

Experience in handling all documentation associated with real estate transactions including those related to acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, loans, development, asset management, and leasing
