Associate UX Designer

Responsibilities
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights on user needs and behaviors
Assist in developing user personas, user journeys, and experience maps
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members
Collaborates with Product Management, User Researchers, Customers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand the needs and goals
Follows established standards and utilizes existing design patterns to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience, as well as defines any new design patterns
Stays abreast of industry trends and best practices for design
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
BA/BS in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related work experience
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Analytical and detailed-oriented, gifted in workflow analysis
Microsoft Office and productivity-related applications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and personal organization skills
Preferred
Experience in healthcare is preferred; not mandatory
Experience with Agile development is preferred but not mandatory
Proficient with design tools, such as Axure, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred
