Responsibilities

Support Offices Under the President (OUP) by managing multiple projects and tasks
Provide installation, configuration, troubleshooting, hardware repair, and deployment of end-user hardware and software
Lead and provide onsite troubleshooting, deployments, and repairs at Cook County locations
Perform problem identification and root cause identification, and monitor the situation while advising departmental liaisons with next steps in the process
Perform other related assignments and duties as directed

Required

Possession of a High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate with six (6) years of work experience as a Field Technician is required
Experience as an administrator of Microsoft 0365 Suite and Windows 10 platform is required
Experience utilizing Active Directory is required
One (1) year of experience utilizing ITSM/incident management tools such as Cherwell, ServiceNow, Jira, or ZenDesk is required
Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance is required
Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's degree with four (4) years of work experience as a Field Technician is required
Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of work experience as a Field Technician is required

Preferred

Possess one of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, MCP, or Google IT Support Professional is preferred
Experience utilizing remote troubleshooting tools such as LogMein, Bomgar, and Team Viewer is preferred
