Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in learning and development, talent development, human resources management, or a related field from an accredited institution
Rising Junior or Senior continuing studies in Fall 2026
Minimum 3.0 GPA and strong academic standing
Team player with strong technology, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a dependable, can-do attitude
Successful candidates must have a legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Preferred
Prior experience or exposure to HR systems
