Responsibilities
Define and champion a multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
Identify market and user problems, translating them into clear, high-level solutions
Act as the primary point of alignment across product, design, engineering, and leadership
Provide product-level technical guidance around architecture, APIs, scalability, and system trade-offs
Define success metrics and KPIs, using data to guide product decisions and iteration
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements
Mentor and support other product managers, setting standards for product excellence
Establish best practices across delivery teams and product workflows
Foster a collaborative, user-focused, and continuously improving product culture
Qualification
Required
8+ years partnering closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver complex products
10+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments, including leading product-oriented delivery teams through ceremonies
10+ years in user-centric product roles, with the ability to translate user journeys and design artifacts into shipped products
Proven experience delivering large-scale, technically complex systems
Strong experience working with cloud-based platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems
Ability to engage deeply with technical teams while maintaining a strategic product perspective
Strong communicator with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization
Comfortable working directly with end users to define epics, user stories, and priorities
Highly collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in fast-moving environments
