The team is seeking a driven, consultative Sales Executive to grow revenue across IT and security solution offerings.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and inbound leads
Conduct discovery calls and on-site assessments to understand client environments, risks, and business objectives
Develop and present tailored proposals for IT services, cybersecurity, and physical security solutions
Manage the full sales lifecycle: pipeline development, quoting, negotiation, closing, and forecasting
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams on solution design and pre-sales support
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Required

B2B sales experience (technology, IT services, security systems, or managed services preferred)
Proven success in consultative, solution-based selling
Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly self-motivated with strong time management and follow-through
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally

Preferred

Experience selling IT services, cybersecurity, managed services, access control, or video surveillance solutions
Familiarity with MSP, VAR, or systems integrator environments
Existing regional business relationships or book of business
