Responsibilities
Own the AI product roadmap - translate ambiguous pain points into clear technical blueprints, success metrics, and phased launch plans
Architect a portfolio of modular AI services (LLM chatbots, real-time CV pipelines, demand-forecasting models) and shepherd each from proof-of-concept to cloud-native release
Lead rapid validation sprints - build lightweight prototypes, run A/B pilots with client partners, and iterate toward production-grade solutions
Collaborate across disciplines - work daily with software, robotics, UX, and business stakeholders to ensure features are both technically sound and commercially impactful
Champion reliability and scalability - embed MLOps best practices, automated testing, and observability into every service you ship
Track the frontier - stay current on GenAI, edge inference, and time-series forecasting trends to seed the next wave of differentiating features
Qualification
Required
7+ years delivering AI/ML products in production environments, with 2+ years as the principal architect or technical product owner
Hands-on fluency with modern ML stacks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Vertex AI or similar) and cloud-native micro-service design (GCP preferred)
Proven ability to turn data and models into robust REST/GraphQL APIs that meet enterprise-scale SLAs
Adept at balancing technical depth (pipelines, embeddings, CV, forecasting) with business acumen (ROI modelling, stakeholder alignment)
Bachelor's in CS, Engineering, or related
Preferred
Previous experience in retail, supply-chain, robotics, or IoT-heavy SaaS environments is highly valued
Master's a plus
