Responsibilities
Partner with application & technology teams to design scalable solutions
Liaison between application stakeholders and technology team
Able to work and communicate different solutions to the business clients
Break down on solution approach and percolate to the team in effective way
Define platform architecture standards, roadmaps, and design guidelines
Map business requirements with ServiceNow standard functionality while minimizing customization
Provide technical leadership to developers and project managers
Ensure solution scalability, security, and compliance
Support Agile delivery by guiding solution increments and technical backlog refinement
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience in ServiceNow architecture design, development, and implementation
Hands on experience in ITOM / Telecom Service Management, Order Management & Integrations
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), CSA, CIS certifications
Strong understanding of TMForum principles on solution architecture
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow technology architecture guidelines for infrastructure and application development
Very good communication and co-ordination skills
Partner with application & technology teams to design scalable solutions
Liaison between application stakeholders and technology team
Able to work and communicate different solutions to the business clients
Break down on solution approach and percolate to the team in effective way
5+ years' experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, Web services (RESTful/SOAP), XML, JSON
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow governance and upgrade-safe design practices
Define platform architecture standards, roadmaps, and design guidelines
Map business requirements with ServiceNow standard functionality while minimizing customization
Provide technical leadership to developers and project managers
Ensure solution scalability, security, and compliance
Support Agile delivery by guiding solution increments and technical backlog refinement
