Responsibilities
Design, configure, and deploy IAM solutions including access request workflows, provisioning/deprovisioning processes, and access certification reviews
Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and custom scripts
Collaborate with stakeholders to define access policies and entitlement structures
Gather and analyze business and technical requirements for IAM initiatives
Document architecture, workflows, and integration points
Support compliance initiatives by automating audit and reporting processes
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, SQL, and API integrations
Strong understanding of database design and data modeling
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and cloud IAM solutions
Experience with access request management, provisioning/deprovisioning, and access certification processes
Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline creation with Azure DevOps
Familiarity with IGA tools like SecurEnds, SailPoint, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
5+ years of experience in IAM engineering and implementation roles
Advanced PowerShell scripting skills with a portfolio of automation projects
Prior experience building and supporting an Enterprise Data Warehouse
Implement and manage role-based access control (RBAC) models
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, CISSP)
