Responsibilities
Lead Safety Culture: Promote safety awareness and proactive risk assessment across the Maintenance team
Implement Predictive Maintenance: Deploy advanced preventive technologies for rotating and fixed equipment
Analyze & Optimize: Use data and failure trends to set priorities, schedules, and spare parts strategies
Apply Best Practices: Enhance programs for compressors, motors, pumps, winders, and cooling units
Resolve Root Causes: Conduct failure analysis to eliminate recurring issues and improve reliability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or other related)
3+ years experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
Proficient in root cause analysis and FMEA
Familiar with predictive maintenance technologies (thermography, vibration, oil analysis)
Understanding of electro-mechanical systems (drives, motors, valves, fans)
Preferred
SAP experience a plus
