Responsibilities

Hire, train, and lead a team of inside sales representatives selling into the North America market to achieve and surpass sales targets
Guide the team in building, qualifying, and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline toward closure
Conduct regular pipeline reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and ensure disciplined use of sales processes
Establish clear KPIs and performance benchmarks; monitor results regularly and implement continuous improvements
Drive accountability for key activities, including outreach, discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups
Ensure the team maintains strong product knowledge and understands customer needs to articulate value effectively
Work closely with Customer Success to align on account plans and renewal strategies

Required

5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in an inside sales team lead or supervisory capacity
Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and manage high-performing sales teams
Strong understanding of inside sales methodologies, pipeline management, and KPIs
Highly results-driven, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Hubspot
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience in B2B EdTech, SaaS, or Higher Education markets strongly preferred
