Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and improve overall production efficiency
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce waste
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
Proven experience with process optimization and cost reduction strategies
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in manufacturing software tools
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred
Master's Engineering degrees such as ME (Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
