Responsibilities
Proactively identify and generate new leads through targeted prospecting, networking, and industry research to expand our client base
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client organizations through association memberships, networking groups, and social media
Develop and execute strategic territory plans, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth
Conduct compelling presentations and negotiate contract terms to secure new business and expand existing accounts
Partner with our recruiting teams to ensure successful client and candidate placements, providing valuable insights and support
Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly performance targets, contributing to the overall success of the Medix team
Qualification
Required
2-3+ years of inside or outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
A collaborative spirit and a commitment to working effectively within a team environment
A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Competitive mindset with a drive to succeed
Proven initiative and the ability to self-motivate
Multitasking and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience working within a results-driven culture, where you'll meet and exceed visible KPIs
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree (preferred, but not required)
