Responsibilities
Maintaining and developing professional relationships with existing clients: Ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty by building relationships with key client personnel, decision-makers, stakeholders and buyers. Being the central point of contact for Enhesa’s customer base, while capturing, reporting and acting on customer feedback
Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis: Understanding Enhesa’s customer base’s unique goals and business processes, as well as providing knowledge of Enhesa applications to the customer. Uncovering roadblocks and delivering strong account guidance
Leading solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary Enhesa personnel: Being a liaison between the client and Enhesa, mitigating client crisis situations by properly delegating and communicating internally with Enhesa support teams while maintaining clear communication with the client. Representing the Account Management team in cross-functional sounding boards/projects and co-driving decisions to preserve and enhance client satisfaction and enable business growth
Onboarding clients: Being responsible for onboarding clients to Enhesa services. Developing and executing client success plans and strategies. Facilitating communication between the client and Enhesa's Support Services (such as Client Services, Expert Services, etc.)
Managing and owning contract renewals and growth opportunities: Owning and negotiating contract renewals and addenda for growth opportunities. Creating demand and continuously seeking out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Enhesa’s products. Providing transparency, control and predictability on the opportunities pipeline and forecasted revenue. Identifying opportunities for enhancements of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and roll-out of new products. Navigating higher growth targets/quotas by uncovering cross-sell opportunities within other client departments and up-sell opportunities by growing clients globally. Managing a book of business worth more than €4+ million overall
Supporting the Account Management team internally. Assisting Account Managers with personal development, training, onboarding new Account Managers, learning internal tools and navigating the proper channels internally
Participating in tradeshows and conferences. Representing the Account Management team at certain industry or partner events to strengthen personal interactions and relationships with own or colleagues’ accounts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or similar field of study from an accredited university required
5-7 years of demonstrated experience with sales and account management in a business to business environment in the SAAS, IT, insurance, engineering, financial services or consultancy industry
Experience in executing sales and account plan-based strategies for current clients
Demonstrated ability to achieve annual growth targets and client satisfaction
Solid project management/cross-functional collaboration
Solid problem-solving and customer relationship management (CRM) skills
Knowledge of internal tools: Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
Team player. Ability to work on a team in a collaborative environment, sharing information and best practices
Fluency in English. Other languages are an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365
