Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to team members, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and other office equipment
Manage user accounts, access controls, and IT-related onboarding/offboarding processes
Ensure timely resolution of support tickets by diagnosing problems and coordinating with L2/L3 support if required
Assist in setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networking devices, and cloud services
Monitor system performance, security patches, and software updates to ensure a secure IT environment
Document IT support requests, solutions, and best practices to improve troubleshooting efficiency
Provide basic training and guidance to employees on IT policies, security protocols, and system usage
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance, and repair services

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
3+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role
Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows, macOS, and common office applications (Microsoft 365, etc.)
Basic knowledge of networking principles and IT security best practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer service-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

IT certifications are a plus
