Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for Maintenance Operations
Support manufacturing by assuring timely maintenance and repair task completion
Works closely with Engineering to assess and resolve production and equipment issues
Works closely with all functional areas of the organization as required expediting problem solutions
Responsible for assuring training for Maintenance Personnel is current and appropriate
Provides troubleshooting support when required
Responsible for assuring Preventative Maintenance schedules are updated, generated and maintained as required per GDP and in a timely manner
Responsible for the maintenance of spare parts inventory
Assists in special projects as needed
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as requested
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree, or equivalent
A minimum of five years' experience in the equipment maintenance field is preferred, medical device experience a plus
Experience in providing direction and training to maintenance personnel
Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications (Word/Excel) are required
Experience using hand tools and power tools
