Responsibilities

Launch, test, and scale CTV, programmatic, TikTok, Direct Mail, and other paid media channels from the ground up
Own channel performance end-to-end: strategy, budgets, KPIs, creative direction, and optimization
Scale channels from $0 – $100k/month+ in spend with disciplined performance management
Lead structured testing frameworks to quickly assess channel viability
Evaluate and manage DSPs, platforms, vendors, and media partners
Partner closely with creative to develop channel-specific creative strategies and testing plans
Monitor performance using blended CAC, incrementality, and attribution insights
Make confident budget and scaling recommendations to leadership
Document learnings and build repeatable playbooks for future channel launches
Stay current on emerging paid media platforms and opportunities

Required

5+ years of hands-on media buying experience, with a strong focus on channel expansion
Proven track record launching and scaling at least one new paid channel to $100k/month+
Direct experience with CTV and/or Programmatic platforms and buying strategies
Experience running TikTok ads beyond early testing and into scale
Familiarity with Direct Mail as a performance channel, not just brand
Strong analytical mindset with experience navigating attribution complexity
Ability to operate with speed, autonomy, and accountability
Strong communicator who can clearly explain performance, risks, and opportunities
Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments

Preferred

Experience in e-commerce or DTC environments preferred
Experience at $25M–$100M+ revenue brands
Experience with incrementality testing, geo-holdouts, or media mix modeling
Vendor negotiation and partner management experience
Experience launching additional channels (YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, Audio, OOH, etc.)
