Responsibilities
Lead current-state discovery (process mapping, SIPOC, pain-point analysis)
Facilitate workshops to define future state and target operating model
Define master data standards
Draft SOPs/WIs and build controls around doc control & change management
Define KPIs & control plans (right-first-time, yield, CAPA cycle time, change effectiveness, PM compliance)
Partner with IT to support to make sure the transition between current and future date goes smoothly
Master Data Management experience
Qualification
Required
5 - 10+ yrs in life-sciences manufacturing process engineering/OpEx
Hands-on process mapping and change management with shop-floor stakeholders
Experience working in ERP systems (Oracle, PLM, Doc Control)
Experience with Design Controls, Doc Control, CAPA/NCMR/Deviations, ECO/ECR, and CSV
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma
