Responsibilities
Own the full client experience from request to delivery, while coordinating and assigning work across internal teams
Build sourcing plans to identify the right experts and screen/validate them for client needs
Partner with sales, compliance, and global teams to improve engagement and execution
Speak with clients to clarify research goals and offer thoughtful guidance on the best approach
Qualification
Required
At least 8 months of experience in areas like sales, business development, account management, agency recruiting, or consulting
Comfort working in a high-volume, metrics-focused setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; other languages are a plus)
Authorized to work in the U.S. (OPT candidates are encouraged to apply)
