Responsibilities
Design, build, and enhance ServiceNow applications and platform components
Develop clean, scalable, and testable code aligned with best practices
Maintain and improve existing ServiceNow solutions and integrations
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application and scripting issues
Build and support third-party integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and APIs
Create and maintain custom platform logic including business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, and UI scripts
Work independently with customers on implementations and remote delivery engagements
Support requirements review, validation, and solution design discussions
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and stand-ups
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams on technical progress and risks
Manage assigned workstreams efficiently while meeting delivery timelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of hands-on development experience with JavaScript and/or the ServiceNow platform
Experience working within ServiceNow ITOM environments is a strong plus
Exposure to cloud-based implementations involving Discovery, Service Mapping, AIOps, or similar capabilities
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Comfort working across multiple projects in parallel
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Self-motivated learner with an interest in emerging technologies and modern engineering practices
