Analysis: Interpret budget vs. actual variances and communicate financial results to leadership
GL Ownership: Manage balance sheet reconciliations and accruals for payroll, benefits, and marketing
Strategy: Drive process simplification projects and support tax filing/compliance
Qualification
Required
5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Advanced Excel proficiency; ability to quickly master ERP systems
Solid grasp of GAAP, internal controls, and business tax practices
Disciplined, detail-oriented, and ethically driven
