The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of fiber network construction projects, providing support to multiple Project Managers and managing project documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

Maintaining project records, including reviewing for accuracy, scanning and upload to company database

Preparing and presenting periodic project status updates to customers (written and/or oral)

Coordinating site access with customers and vendors

Prepare Operations and Support contracts for Vero vendors on all new networks

Responsible for uploading all 811 Map Updates across multiple states, protecting all underground OSP fiber

Maintaining data within Vero’s Zoho CRM platform, including vendor invoicing, financial records, recoverable expenses, relocations and damage repairs

Manage project closeout requirements

Additional Project Manager and Business Operations support on an ad hoc basis
