Information Technology Administrator
Premier Credit Union is seeking an IT Administrator to support and maintain server, network, and cloud environments for small organizations. The role involves working closely with the CIO and providing escalation support, ensuring that systems are secure, reliable, and well-documented.
Responsibilities
Administer Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy) and Linux systems
Manage network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless)
Support Microsoft 365 / Entra (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
Maintain backups, patching, and security best practices (MFA, least privilege)
Assist with infrastructure upgrades and troubleshooting escalations
Document systems, configurations, and procedures
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of systems, network, or cloud administration experience
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, and networking
Experience with security, backups, and patch management
Ability to manage time, work independently, and communicate clearly
Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft preferred)
Preferred
Virtualization or cloud experience a plus
Compliance or data privacy experience preferred
