Wholesale Account Manager
The Landmark Project is a company that creates art-inspired products celebrating America’s natural spaces. They are seeking a Wholesale Account Manager to manage and grow specialty retail relationships and oversee trade show presence.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain a portfolio of specialty wholesale accounts, including line showings, reorders, and ongoing account servicing
Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with buyers, independent reps, and retail partners
Collaborate closely with in-house teams and independent sales reps to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints
Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing sales culture
Oversee Landmark’s trade show execution from planning through post-show follow-up, including:
Event registration and budgeting
Booth logistics, assets, and samples
Swag, buyer gifts, and materials
Team travel coordination
On-site attendance and brand representation
Inventory, storage, and maintenance of trade show samples and supplies
Serve as a brand ambassador at trade shows, activations, and industry events. Effectively communicate our brand values and product benefits
Maintain and manage wholesale customer and sales order operations within Landmark’s ERP and B2B platforms
Coordinate line sheets and sales assets in partnership with the design team
Manage internal sales calendars, deadlines, and ongoing projects
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
4+ years of account management experience with a proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships
Experience working with independent sales reps
Strong understanding of wholesale buyers in the gift, apparel, and/or outdoor retail and gift markets
Experience with trade shows, festivals, or booth-based selling (including setup and breakdown)
Product merchandising experience
Proficiency with ERP systems (such as NetSuite, Sage or Brightpearl) and B2B platforms (such as EnvoyB2B or Elastic)
Proficiency with productivity tools (such as Microsoft or Google Suite, Asana, ChatGPT)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, personal accountability, and follow-through
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
Reliable, consistent attendance
Preferred
