Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers, HVAC systems, and other mechanical equipment

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on boilers and auxiliary systems

Troubleshoot and repair boiler malfunctions, including pumps, valves, burners, and controls

Monitor system performance, pressure levels, and temperature controls to ensure efficiency

Conduct water treatment and chemical testing to maintain boiler water quality

Maintain accurate logs and records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations regarding boiler operations

Collaborate with facility management and maintenance personnel to support overall building operations

Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures to minimize risks
