OutScout is partnered with a leading creator commerce SaaS platform, and they are currently seeking a Growth Marketing Creative to produce high-performing content across social, paid, and web. This hands-on role focuses on rapid experimentation, storytelling, and data-driven iteration to create engaging content that drives trust and engagement.
Responsibilities
Concept, create, and ship daily test content (UGC, paid ads, social clips, motion assets)
Turn ideas, hooks, and headlines into compelling short-form video and performance creative
Test and optimize variations based on data and results
Capture authentic creator moments that drive trust and engagement
Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and production
Collaborate closely with marketing leads to refine concepts and scale what works
Contribute to the team’s creative best practices and learnings
Qualification
Required
3–5 years in video production, social content, or performance creative
A portfolio showing content that performs across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, or ads
Strong editing skills across formats (UGC, ads, motion, short-form storytelling)
Experience with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Veo, Midjourney)
Strong grasp of hooks, pacing, and digital storytelling
Ability to iterate quickly and thrive in a test-and-learn environment
Editing: Premiere, CapCut, Runway, Veo
AI Creation: Midjourney, Pika, HeyGen
Creative strategy: hooks, pacing, emotional beats, optimization
Collaboration with cross-functional marketing partners
