Responsibilities
Source and recruit qualified IT professionals on W2 employment with EAD, H1B, Green Card, and US Citizen work authorization
Identify candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other job portals
Build and manage a strong talent pipeline across multiple IT technologies and skill sets
Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, experience, communication, and role fit
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding readiness
Review, validate, and optimize resumes to meet US market and client submission standards
Coordinate closely with sales, account managers, and internal teams for active and upcoming requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in ATS, CRM, or internal trackers
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US employment guidelines and company policies
Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates regarding availability, location, and engagement status
Qualification
Required
4-8 years of Experience working on US IT Recruitment
