Optomi is partnering with a leading client to seek a Support Technician in Midtown Manhattan. The role focuses on preparing devices for Windows 11 deployment and providing end-user support.

Responsibilities

Represent IT to the business, and be the voice of the business to IT

Align IT service offerings with business strategies, goals, and objectives

Participate in and collaborate with the Global Service Delivery teams

Ability to be fully on-site, with occasional evening/weekend flexibility as needed for event-support

Troubleshoot 1st and 2nd level IT related issues from applications to hardware (workstations / phones / tablets)

Qualification

Windows 10 supportMicrosoft 365 supportAV supportIOS supportMacOS support

Required

Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent

2+ years' experience supporting AV experience (preferably Teams), including audio troubleshooting and the ability to work with audio engineers to optimize the end-user experience

1-3+ years' experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft 365 and related hardware in a midsize company

Preferred

Experience supporting iOS and macOS is a plus
