The Trust & Safety Product Manager in Payments is responsible for developing product strategies, managing discovery efforts, and ensuring high-quality product launches that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers

Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap

Creating business cases for strategic initiatives that quantify the value we can deliver through new or enhanced products

Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

Compiling insights of client pain points, evolving client needs and emerging market trends through client and competitive research, data analysis, internal feedback and market reviews

Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

Required

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, business strategy, and / or management consulting

Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

Proficiency in building business cases and ROI models that demonstrate client financial value propositions

Demonstrated ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative inputs to develop strategic and tactical recommendations to both improve the client experience and product adoption

Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities

Good knowledge of traditional and emerging methods of payment (e.g., ACH, Wire, Disbursements, Real Time Payments and Card)

Proven program leadership with multiple cross-functional teams

Strong MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills

Preferred

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients
