Responsibilities
Manage and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and provide insights to business partners
Partner with operational leaders to understand revenue, cost drivers, and margins
Support one primary revenue stream, with opportunity to expand scope over time
Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards
Assist with month-end close support, accruals, and financial reviews
Prepare management and executive-level financial reporting
Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
Support ad hoc analysis, strategic initiatives, and leadership requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
4-7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or related roles
Experience supporting at least one revenue stream
Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP or financial systems a plus
Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in consulting, professional services, or growth-stage organizations
Exposure to multiple revenue streams or complex cost structures
Prior experience mentoring junior analysts
