Responsibilities
Lead Procure-to-Pay process and configuration activities
Configure PR, PO, goods receipt, invoice matching, and subcontracting
Define source lists, vendor evaluation, and procurement analytics
Support integration with Finance, Production, and external systems (e.g., banking, payroll)
Validate spend and supplier tracking for compliance and reporting
Conduct workshops, testing, and user enablement sessions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain Management
10+ years total experience, with 8+ in SAP MM
Hands-on with workflows, vendor evaluation, and MRP processes
Experience with integration to FI and PP
Knowledge of US procurement practices and compliance standards
Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and solution reviews
Preferred
SAP S/4HANA certification in Materials Management desirable
