Supply Chain Analyst

JELD-WEN, Inc. is a leading global designer and manufacturer of high-performance building products. They are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to manage raw-material replenishment and improve supplier performance while collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

Generate timely purchase orders and ensure materials meet production schedules
Maintain frequent communication with plants and suppliers to ensure material availability
Set and manage planning parameters (safety stock, lead times, forecasts, order quantities)
Analyze inventory variances and prevent recurrence of issues
Lead shortage mitigation and recovery efforts
Partner with Sourcing to support lean material flow and sourcing strategies
Manage product transitions (engineering changes, launches, obsolescence, vendor changes)
Drive supplier, materials, logistics, and commodity teams to meet delivery targets and maintain a Plan for Every Part
Onboard suppliers to meet delivery, packaging, labeling, and lead‑time expectations

Qualification

APICS certificationMRP systems experienceExcel proficiencyStatistical analysisInventory optimizationDispute managementSupplier managementEffective communication

Required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; APICS or ISM certification preferred
Effective written and verbal communication; ability to present to managers and cross‑functional partners
Ability to apply basic statistics, cost‑benefit thinking, and inventory optimization
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v‑lookup, basic formulas)
Experience with MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Syteline, JD, etc.)
Ability to extract/import data for analysis
