Own property-level accounting for commercial assets and related entities
Oversee AP, accruals, prepaid expenses, and cash management
Manage construction draws, job cost coding, and vendor coordination
Reconcile GL, AP subledger, bank accounts, and credit cards
Support month-end close, financial reporting, and variance reviews
Coordinate with property management on contracts, recurring vendors, and operating expenses
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and 1099 reporting
