Responsibilities
Manage users, access and roles to make sure everyone can use Business Central securely and without issues
Provide daily support for Business Central, help resolve problems, and ensure the system runs smoothly during live operations
Keep system data and settings up to date so transactions and reporting work correctly
Manage system updates, integrations and add-ons, including testing changes and communicating updates to users
Support month-end processes, inventory valuation and reporting while helping improve how the system and business processes work
Qualification
Required
Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ D365 Business Central
Experience hands-on supporting and optimizing BC for the day to day running of operations
Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI
Strong experience with modules such as Financial Management, Inventory Management, Sales and Receivables and Warehouse management
Preferred
Knowledge of the Retail Business Process (preferrable but not essential)
