Responsibilities

Conducting and supporting False Claims Act (FCA) investigations, including internal investigations related to healthcare fraud, government inquiries, and qui tam actions

Managing discovery and drafting pleadings, motions and legal memoranda

Research and analysis of healthcare enforcement trends, compliance regulations and applicable state fraud and abuse laws

Required

Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school

Ability to balance and prioritize competing priorities and responsibilities

Ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail
