Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements, including:

Technology and SaaS agreements

Sell-side service contracts

Buy-side and sell-side commercial agreements

Leases and parking management–related agreements

Support negotiations involving contracts on counterparty paper, not solely company templates

Partner with internal teams to provide practical, business-focused legal advice

Identify legal and commercial risks and escalate issues appropriately

Produce clear, well-structured, and high-quality written work

Continue developing negotiation skills through live deal exposure and mentorship
