Responsibilities
Advise and recommend areas for program planning, business requirements management, and budget execution
Prepare needs assessments and validate resource requirements
Develop cost estimate models and conduct financial, product, market, and operational research
Interpret and evaluate research data to create integrated business analyses and projections for strategic decisions
Plan and coordinate primary and secondary market research studies to support strategic planning and marketing initiatives
Present research findings and recommendations to client committees and stakeholders
Provide advisory, technical, and staff support to internal teams and client groups
Utilize survey and market research methodologies, systems, and techniques effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in IT, business analysis, or a related field
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field in an IT environment is preferred
Specific Systems Knowledge Required: M365 Suite as a user (Incl. Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: ServiceNow as a user (not developer)
