Responsibilities

Design and create wireframes for products
Develop and test prototypes
Use actual end-users to determine whether a product can be used as intended
Introduce modifications after testing is complete and carry out more testing until the product reaches its best form
Work on teams, though there are also individual responsibilities which include meeting time-constraints
Evaluate the product for success and gather feedback from customers for future editions

Required

7–10+ years in UX design
3+ years in senior roles leading end-to-end design
Portfolio: 3–5 case studies showing research, prototypes (Figma/ProtoPie), and measurable impact
Advanced Figma (components, design systems)
Photoshop/Adobe CC
ProtoPie
Jira for Agile workflows
Hands-on usability testing with end-users; ability to turn insights into IA and flows
HTML/CSS proficiency; collaborates effectively with developers
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Must be able to work onsite in DTC 4 days/week
