HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital is committed to caring for patients with purpose and integrity. They are seeking a PBX Telecom Operator to provide customer service in the Hospital Call Center, handle incoming calls, monitor hospital alarms, and provide physician paging services.

Responsibilities

Monitor hospital alarms and call codes

Answer and route incoming calls appropriately

Provide physician paging services to include taking, processing, and routing consults

Regular, punctual, and dependable attendance

Promotes positive customer service with internal and external customers

Other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or GED equivalent - required

Ability to use a multi-line switchboard

Basic computer skills

Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer/clerical skills

Ability to work well under pressure
