Responsibilities
Act as the primary commercial finance lead for a major U.S. business segment
Own and manage the full P&L, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and accountability
Partner with commercial leadership to evaluate trade-offs, challenge assumptions, and support growth initiatives
Develop a deep understanding of key business drivers across revenue, trade, cost of goods, marketing, and overhead
Collaborate with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, and Innovation to support business strategy and new product initiatives through financial modeling and analysis
Support integrated business planning processes by identifying risks, opportunities, and strategic implications
Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning
Provide forward-looking insights and recommendations to support short- and long-term financial objectives
Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend actions to optimize results
Partner with cross-functional teams to interpret performance, articulate insights, and present clear narratives to leadership
Support pricing, promotional effectiveness, and revenue optimization initiatives
Mentor and develop team members while contributing to broader finance team capability building
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience in consumer-focused or packaged goods environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
Demonstrated experience managing a full P&L and providing financial leadership
Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex financial concepts clearly
Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams
Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and cross-functional audiences
7+ years of progressive finance experience (FP&A, commercial finance, or related roles)
Preferred
Experience with sales, pricing, or promotional analytics
Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and business intelligence tools
MBA or other advanced degree
