Responsibilities

Develop and execute pre-litigation strategies, prepare and submit persuasive demand packages, and negotiate directly with insurance adjusters
Partner with the intake team to assess potential cases, ensure high-quality onboarding, and convert qualified leads into signed clients
Review medical records, accident reports, and supporting evidence; enforce standards for demand readiness
Maintain consistent, empathetic updates to build trust and satisfaction throughout the pre-lit phase
Coach intake and pre-lit staff on best practices, monitor adherence to timelines, and provide feedback tied to performance standards
Partner with the litigation team when cases escalate, ensuring clean handoffs and readiness
