Responsibilities
Lead field operations across multiple projects in the Omaha and greater Midwest region
Mentor and develop project superintendents, field engineers, and craft teams
Partner with project management, preconstruction, and safety teams for seamless project delivery
Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and schedule performance
Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination
Drive continuous improvement in field operations and workforce development
Represent Oline with professionalism and integrity on every jobsite
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
Proven ability to lead large field teams and complex builds
Strong understanding of scheduling, logistics, and field sequencing
Deep knowledge of construction means and methods — especially concrete/tilt-wall
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Willingness to travel within the Midwest as needed
Preferred
industrial, tilt-wall, concrete, or ground-up experience preferred
