Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality and adherence to deadlines
Review complex financial statements and audit documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
Collaborate with clients to understand their business activities and provide strategic advice on financial and regulatory compliance
Effectively communicate complex financial concepts and audit findings to clients, fostering strong client relationships
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in financial reporting and internal controls
Work with clients to implement effective and efficient financial processes, driving operational excellence
Conduct comprehensive research on emerging financial and regulatory issues, providing insightful recommendations to clients and engagements teams
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in auditing and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
4+ years of progressive experience in auditing within a public accounting firm
Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven track record of delivering high-quality client service in a dynamic environment
Ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
CPA or equivalent certification preferred
