Responsibilities

Serves as the Program Manager for ensuring Veterans are provided with all relevant information, guidance, and advice necessary to ensure they can, on an informed and competent basis, select educational and/or vocational goals and objectives

Oversees the identification and resolution, to the maximum extent practicable, barriers to Veterans successfully attaining their goals and objectives

Ensure Veterans are provided with a written plan of action on how to achieve their goals and objectives

Oversee the development and delivery of a Personalized Development Plan for the Veteran

Ensure all required reports and deliverables are delivered to Veterans and or the VA in a timely and accurate manner

Required

Must have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree and at least 2-5 years of experience in Technical Vocational Rehabilitation and management of rehabilitation services

Applicants must successfully undergo a National Agency Check (NAC) with inquiries (NACI) Tier 1 background investigation at the start of work performance and maintain this level of security throughout the life of the contract

Ability to meet and correspond regularly with a Government counterpart

Experience conducting Quality Control checks and ensuring training requirements are met

Ability to exercise a great deal of independent judgment

Superb verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
