Own major components of their backend systems, with the goal of becoming the primary owner of the backend over time
Build performant, production-grade backend features in Python
Work with geometry, spatial data, simulation data, and large datasets
Contribute to frontend components in React + TypeScript when needed
Collaborate on data pipelines, GPU-related workflows, and LLM/AI-driven functionality
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in backend/python engineering
Ability to take ownership of backend systems
Experience building performant, production-grade backend features in Python
