Network Support Technician
Confidential company is seeking an experienced Network Support Technician to support enterprise network and infrastructure operations for a large public-sector IT environment. The role involves monitoring, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure, providing escalation support, and collaborating with IT teams and vendors.

Responsibilities
Monitor, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (switches, wireless APs, cabling)
Provide Tier 3 escalation support for network and infrastructure incidents
Support physical and virtual server environments (Hyper-V, HCI)
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
Install and support network devices (switches, WAPs, firewalls)
Maintain detailed network documentation and diagrams
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and vendors
Participate in network refresh, upgrades, and modernization projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
(Experience may substitute for education)
2+ years of hands-on network/infrastructure support experience
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills
Ability to work onsite and flexible hours (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, etc.)
