Internal IT Sales Development Representative

Syncro is a remote-first software company focused on empowering businesses with enterprise-grade digital platforms. They are seeking an Outbound SDR focused on Internal IT to create a pipeline for their Internal IT Account Executive by researching accounts and conducting multi-channel outreach to book meetings.

Responsibilities

Prospect into target accounts
Research companies and contacts (Internal IT, Help Desk, IT Manager/Director, Infra/Ops, etc.)
Build and maintain account lists aligned to our Internal IT ICP (employee size, tech team size, industry)
Run multi-channel outbound
Execute cold outbound sequences via email, phone, and social (primarily LinkedIn)
Personalize outreach based on tools they use today, job postings, tech stack, and company signals
Book qualified meetings and demos for the Internal IT AE
Qualify opportunities
Run initial discovery to understand IT team size, tooling, pain points (tool sprawl, patching, remote access, etc.)
Log notes, next steps, and key context in Salesforce so the AE can run an effective next call
Collaborate and iterate
Partner with the AE to prioritize accounts and refine messaging based on what’s working
Give feedback to Marketing on campaigns, content, and talking points that resonate with Internal IT buyers
Track and report on activity, meetings booked, and pipeline generated

Required

1–2 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling to technical or IT buyers
Proven success in outbound prospecting: cold calls, cold emails, and social selling
Comfortable working from a target account list and hitting activity + SQL goals
Strong written and verbal communication; you can be concise, clear, and punchy in outreach
Curious about technology and how IT teams work; you're comfortable talking about tools and workflows
Coachable, competitive, and willing to test new approaches and iterate quickly

Preferred

Experience prospecting into Internal IT teams or related personas (IT Ops, Help Desk, SysAdmin, etc.)
Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach/HubSpot, Gong/Jiminny, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc
Experience in a similar mid-market / commercial segment (200–1,500 employee companies)
